There are some vids on here by celebrities such as Richard Branson, Ruby Wax and Aston Kutcher saying they have quit for years because of Allen Carr and/or reading his book. Also type in on YT Allen Carr & there are some short good vids where he's explaining the method & how he discovered it. It has helped millions of people quit..for good. Your fine sweety. Your body is completely readjusting to the way it should be. There will be a lot of up's and down's with your body, as it is recalibrating everything.
